Shipping Policy

Our primary carrier is UPS, which ships to virtually any physical address in the United States . Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package and the final destination. Your shipping costs will be calculated for you as each item is added to your shopping cart, so that you will know your shipping costs before you make your final selection.

You will receive an email from Aero Products confirming the receipt of your order, and a confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipment Times and Exclusions

Please note there is a 48 hour processing time for ALL webstore orders. Once your order is placed, it will be 48 hours until your order is shipped out. Orders placed Friday after 11:30 am (CST) and on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out 48 hours from the next business day.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Once your order is processed for shipping, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery when using UPS Ground service. Orders shipped UPS 2nd Day air are guaranteed to arrive two business days after the order was processed.

When placing an order please consider that during the Holiday Season it may take an extra day or two for you to receive your order.

International Shipments

Please note that we are unable to accept orders originating outside  the United States and Puerto Rico.

Taxes

Sales tax is added for orders shipping the following states:  Illinois, Washington.
