used to think it was great
Full time, one person usage. Was very pleased with bed until it started leaking slowly and the leak can't be found. Two weeks after warranty expired. Guess I paid good money for the pump that has a two year warranty, that is now useless since the bed is. Thought because of the good, known company name I would get what I paid for and I thought I had until the bed only lasted as long as the warranty. Very disappointing.

good bed
Ive had mine for about a year using it everyday with hardly a problem although there seems to be a problem with the inflate/deflate vavle you have to make sure it's centered or it will slowly leak

Unhappy
My guest weighed over 325, but I was assured the bed could handle much more. The first night she complained that it was "hard to get comfortable," and she couldn't sit on the side without the bed seeming to deflate. The second night, the bed wouldn't stay inflated. It also seemed narrower than a regular queen size mattress. I was very disappointed since I needed to rent a regular mattress and boxspring for my guest.

The bed is very comfortable but
It has a small leak that we cannot find, the bed Is soft by morning
Very annoying
We can't get the bed hard
Any ideas?
