Good while it lasted
I'm not going to go into much because all the other reviews pretty much sum it up. This bed was great while it lasted. But I was hoping that it would have lasted for more than one year. Just made it past the warranty period. It leaks so bad it doesn't even make it through the night. I called customer service and they told me to take out the seal from the "whoosh" valve and soak it in hot water 10 to 15 minutes and replace it. That did not work! I have noe idea where it is leaking. Way to much money to pay for a bed that only lasts for a little over a year.

LEAKS, LEAKS AND MORE LEAKS
Each night that I slept on this mattress the welds at the baffles developed a pinhole leak. I would use a vinyl patch solution, purchased at target or walmart in the camping section, to patch. The mattress would develop another leak elsewhere on a different baffle. The leaks have all developed predominately in the same row of baffles leading me to believe that they have/had an issue in their production equipment. The two outside rows of baffles have most of the leaks but I have one on the second row too. Each night I go to bed with a firm mattress and each morning wake to find that I have a new pinhole in a different area. This bed is well cared for and used on carpeted floors and I have not come close to the weight limits. Very frustrated. Based upon the other reviews, it seems like a waste of time to be on hold and wait for then to tell me I am not covered by the warranty.

Quality issues
The bed, for as long as it works (which wasnt very long/often)is great.
However, the mattress deteriorates rapidly and the baffles inside break down.
This company IS NOT HONORORING its warranty and i am fighting with them to replace the bed.
I suggest looking elsewhere to purchase your Premier durasuade automatic inflating beds. I'll look to see if this gets poseted on this sight, and post other reviews elswhere.

patch kit
This is so bad you will not find a patch in any store that sells the beds in nyc.
Do not buy this they pinch and you will not find how to fix it.

Air leaks not covered by warranty!
I originally purchased the aerobed becasuse of their name and warranty. However the warranty does not cover air leaks, because they are tested before they leave the facility, as i was advised. I purchased my mattress and did not test it for several months, now after sleeping on it for 5 days, it leaks. I was advised that i can not let it stay inflated for that long, it must be deflated after every use.
This was not my first aerobed, but it will be my last. For the same price you may want to consider a small memory foam mattress from a retail outlet, which can be rolled up as well.
Very disappointed!!
